Whether you’re an individual who transitions back to home from the hospital or someone who needs assistance with daily activities, we have home health aides who can help you. To improve or maintain your health, you must receive an extensive care. Our certified caregivers will work with you to implement the plan of care. They perform hands-on patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
The Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) duties are to:
- Administer medications
- Monitor the health condition
- Provide health education for the patient and the family
- Check vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities
- Maintain patient’s safety
- Help with simple prescribed exercises
